Delete your ViaTally account
You can request deletion of your account and associated data from inside the ViaTally app. If you cannot access your account, contact us and we will help process the request.
Delete from the app
- Open ViaTally and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Open Data export and deletion.
- Choose Delete account and follow the confirmation steps.
Account deletion removes your public profile immediately and schedules your account data for permanent deletion. Data is permanently purged after a 30-day grace period.

If you cannot sign in
Email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account and ask us to delete your ViaTally account. We may need to verify account ownership before deleting data.
What is deleted
Deletion covers account data associated with your ViaTally account, including profile information, ride records, uploaded ride files, route progress, badges, point-of-interest visit history, push notification tokens, and connected-account tokens.
